Aditya Gadge

aAditya is the Founder & Principal Advisor of the Indian Association of Alternative Investment Funds (IAAIF).

Aditya is also the Founder & CEO of AIWMI- a global certification body for advanced financial education programs. A recognized pioneer in the private wealth, alternative investments and family office education space, Aditya provides strategic direction to AIWMI and leads the development of educational programs for the professionals and clients of the wealth management sector.
Currently Aditya also holds the positions of Member- Board of Directors at Association of International Wealth Management (AIWM), Switzerland and a Member- Advisory Board at Family Office Group, USA. Aditya was a Jury member for the inaugural WealthBriefings Asia Awards 2013, held in Singapore.

Aditya has 15 years of experience in the Financial Services sector in varied disciplines like Wealth Advisory, Financial Education, Consulting, Strategic Planning & Brand Building. In his last job, he was heading the Marketing & Business Development team at Financial Planning Standards Board India (FPSBI) and played a key role in enhancing the visibility of the CFP brand in the country.

Aditya has done his Masters in Human Resources, Masters in Economics and is a Certified Financial Planner. A prolific writer, Aditya has been regularly contributing to various business, financial and education publications. Aditya is also a member of the editorial board of India Wealth Report (Clearview Financial Media) and Member- Editorial Board of Global Family Office Magazine (Global Law & Business). Aditya has recently co-authored 2 books on Credit Research and 1 book on Global Family Offices.

Aditya has jointly designed the Certified Credit Research Analyst (CCRA) – the first advanced financial certification which has been designed in India and is now being offered globally.
